Communication and opt-in records

When you agree to hear from us, we record when and how you gave consent (for example, a ticked checkbox on a web form, a lead form on Google or Meta, or verbal consent on a call). We also keep a record of your replies, HELP requests and STOP requests, along with basic call details such as your number, the date and the call duration. If a call is recorded for quality or training purposes, you will be told at the start of the call.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools automatically log your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, internet service provider, pages visited, referring and exit pages, date and time of visit, and clicks. We use this to understand how visitors use our site, fix problems and keep the website secure. This data is not used on its own to identify you.

Information from third parties

We may receive your details from advertising platforms (when you submit a Google or Meta lead form or call us from an ad), from certification bodies (exam scheduling and results), from your employer (for company-sponsored training), and from people who refer you to us.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@hackerbook.in. Withdrawing consent will not affect processing already carried out, but it may mean we can no longer provide some services, such as exam registration or placement support.

Opting in

When you submit an enquiry form and tick the consent box, fill in an ad lead form, or call our counsellors, you agree to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages and emails from Hackerbook about your enquiry and our training programmes.
